The smoke is from being 100% kittyless. The exhaust takes longer to heat up & burn out all the condensation that builds up in the exhaust piping from the turbos back. Once you turn the car off, the exhaust cools off (cats take longer for temps to come down) and the exhaust vapors condense in the exhaust piping (so when you start the car again, starts the cycle all over again).

If you want this to go away, put your secondary cats back in
I think you actually may be correct...it did not start doing this until it got really hot outside....didnt do this in cooler temps?
