I had runflats on my 335i then I got a flat and realized that shit did NOT run on flat. Never had runflats again.
I'm with you 100% on the run-flats. First thing I took off my M6. Heavy, loud, unresponsive AND expensive. LOSE-LOSE-LOSE-LOSE.

I don't know if your vehicle is modded or of you drive hard but Hankooks are ok for lightweight cars and moderate driving but if you are pushing your HP and drive hard, I'd be very careful. The sidewalls are very soft and can fail on heavier, high HP cars. A buddy of mine on the M6 board paid the price for this, 'savings'.

Not familiar with the Nitto's but I do know that the best way to seriously improve the overall performance of your call is to get a great set of tires.

Cheers and thanks for your input-mk
