You could always use G-Tech
As far as the fan is big enough there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If they are mapping cars (that might take several hours) on the dyno, it's sure fine to have a short run to test that the power is there, and if not, you will be told what's wrong with it by the dyno operator. They can measure boost and other major variables at the same time.
