Because they are a sales organization that has their own interests one of which is mitigating risk even when the risk may be nominal or non existent. For example, a customer wanting to return used tires because they don't like them and they weren't told they were allocated for a certain car. What your saying is going against the whole premise on why you would have a forum to get feedback from actually users that have no motivation other then tell you their own experience.
