Can someone explain those laws to me? I would think that if someone is hit by the front of a car it would not matter much if the grille was slanted or upright. It would still ruin your day. |
Don't know that law well enough, but just look at this design, it looks like ready to cut the torso then throw the guy's head on the hood in addition to that first impact...
