Lmao I ordered in September and my car is at the port now. I won't get it until June. I sat in order received for 90 days.
Dealer/ genius can say whatever you may hit a 4 week delay depending on what packages you have on your car like most people on here.
I went from build week 10 to 15 and then the car was delayed a further 2 weeks. Same thing happened to a lot of other people.

I called bmw genius they told me my car is a week 24 build won't start production until june 7th. New info to me but it just seems like such a long time since I placed my order April 9th
