What happens when you plug in the usb drive in the car?
Does anything happen at all?
Odd as I've never had an issue with this before.
Is it worth doing a directory listing on the usb drive so we can see what's on there?
I'm assuming it's expanded the files and you haven't just got a compressed file there , I think the installer should do this all for you.
