BMW finance itself has no prepayment penalty. The finance incentive is just a gentleman agreement between you and the dealer (so they get the incentive from BMW), lots car have better discount then order car, but I think you can still get decent amount off on order car, mine was order car and all incentive included was like 10~12% ish off?
