Hello, would you mind telling me what iDrive firmware you're on?
idrive firmware - to check - go to the map screen and press the options button on the idrive controller and select Navigation Settings > Position and Version > Version Information.
It will show NBTEVO_X --- For example mine is NBTEVO_L
