A few items to make sure of:
- Engine in sport+
- Transmission in sport
- TCS fully shutoff
- Engine is sufficiently to temp
- Hold brake to the floor
- Hold throttle to the floor
This should engage and not try to override the brakes. If all of that doesn't work, then not sure what's happening.
