I have the same booming/droning resonance noise on a 2021 G31 540i on 19" non-runflats. It's very noticeable from 25mph, but this low frequency resonance increases and becomes physically unpleasant at motorway speeds.
I've owned several 5 series from new, always M suspension, some with runflats and some not - so I'm very familiar with how they ride and sound, but they've been practically silent in comparison to this. It's such a shame because in every other respect the car is fabulous.
I noticed that there's a thread with what sounds like the exact same problem as mine on X5s and they now have tuned 'vibration absorbers' fitted to the front suspension to resolve it. There's a video here and pictures of the parts fitted to dampen the noise (long thread, but worth reading if you have this issue):

I just wondered if anyone has managed to get a satisfactory solution or outcome on G30/G31?
Thanks
