I can only answer the two questions and the answer is unfortunately the same - no.
Without hardware mods there is certainly no way to achieve this. Now when I said this, maybe I could try and connect android phone via screen mirroring and hdmi at the same time and see what would happen. I would just need to source usb-c to hdmi cable.
