You can have run flats perf tires but not limiter set to 155mph. Its not automatic... there's an option for it that must be selected its called "Increased Limiter"

Good to know! Because I haven't attempted to drive 155 mph (yet), I decided to call BMW NA and they confirmed that my vehicle has that option. For those of you wanting to find out, it's an option code in the "manufacturing" stage. It took a while for the agent to locate that level of detail, but I also saw under "Features and Options" in My BWW account. Never really looked at the standard options!

Option 840 is limits raised, the 27a(or something) takes that away lowering top speed.
We'll see what dealer will do this week.
