Thanks for that - you are seeing the same as me. I tried deleting my e-mail account and re-adding it. Couldn't add it from the car, only from the connected drive portal.

I'll contact BMW customer services and see if they are any help. In my experience the dealers are a waste of time for these sort of problems - I feel that I know more about it than they do!

I'll update on progress.
