Production week usually signifies end of production. Sometimes they move up especially Spartanburg cars. My Alpina finished in November and and still didn't arrive in Baltimore till late February so no complaining. Then it got held up at VPC for 2 weeks.

No a factory stop recall. New turbo lines, parts were backordered.
