I am getting the low tire pressure warning (but OK to Drive)

Tires are 245/40 R 19 98H MS All Season Run Flat tires.

I have 31 PSI in the fronts and 35 PSI in the rears cold as of this morning,

What are the suggested pressures ? I don't want to over fill the run flats and have a harsh ride.

I am unsure if my door sticker is accurate as these were optional wheels and tires at the time of purchase.
