It looks like, despite the difference in package name and code (e.g. Professional - ZDY on 750i and Plus - ZDB on M550i/M5), the underlying components are the same (5AR and 5AU).
The US 2021 5-series configurator, however, is showing an instrument cluster without the driver-facing camera even with ZDB selected. Hopefully that's just a bug with the configurator.
