From what I see in the pics above, those really are not M5 grills. Black grills are a dealer and port accessory. I had my dealer put them on my car and he charged me around $200. And that includes me keeping the chrome surround OEM grills.
Edit: just looked again at the pics. One of them is the dual slat M5, but the other does not appear to.
