I hate to be the guy that answers a question by not really answering since you ask about wax...
But I have switched to a ceramic coating and absolutely love it. So much faster to apply and much longer lasting. I am using CMX by Meguiar's but I've read a lot of great stuff from folks on the forum in the detailing threads.
