Excuse me but I need to raise a question to see if anyone knows anything about the subject. Since I get the car I haven't been able to configure CarPlay with my Iphone 8. It is impossible, it doesn't recognize it.
Everything seems to be correct in the car, and I follow the procedure correctly, but I don't get it. I have contacted Customer Service, and they have tried to advise me looking for some incorrect configuration on the phone.
The problem is when they told me: you have to have activated CarPlay on the device, but I can't find this function on the Iphone 8, where it is for example on the Iphone 6 & 7 ...
Does anyone know why? Does anyone else have Iphone 8 and use Carplay correctly?
At the moment not the dealer or Customer Service have been able to solve the problem.
