i believe HAM got this penalty to ease of the pressure of Canada GP decision a bit.. they didnt rush to make a decision, it didnt affect Kimi's qualy result but rules are rules in the end.. i hope there wont be a crash included HAM in first 1-2 laps..

hehe i hear you and yes Ferrari can do such things.. Vettel was looking weird while getting out of the car.. though if Vettel wouldnt take the pole in Canada probably this d be the last time Ferrari used its patience.. Vettel seems distracted yet again..
