I think some of these are when there is a change to a paint formulation for some reason, but the color doesn't actually change to the human eye. I have no evidence for that statement, however. |
This is correct to my knowledge.
Original Estoril Blue from back in the day had certain ingredients in that are no longer allowed in EU or other production. This EB II ie 2 was born in a more environmentally friendly way...although sadly a softer finish and all cars chip much easier now.
