We don’t like to mention California. They’re their own place. Where I come from, most people own black MB E and S class cars or BMW 5 and 7 series cars instead of Lamborghini and Ferrari models. DC has wealth, but it’s mostly understated. My parents drove BMW 5 series and MB E class cars because they’re not as overstated as their Italian and Japanese counterparts. I may be outspoken here since I’m “too young to have an opinion,” but I’m not a fan of where BMW is going with the new flamboyant styling. I know that most kids my age would die for a neon orange bmw M4 with a loud exhaust and a massive wing, and I honestly find that to be a little bit sad. The point of any German car is that they’re understated. It’s what’s under the hood that matters. Not outside of it.
