While I don't condone what you did (i.e. street racing), this is complete BS. Lawyer up, any DECENT lawyer should be able to at the very least get the evading arrest and prearranged street racing violations thrown out with a sound motion to dismiss. The reckless endangerment might not be as easy to get thrown out, but the first two charges sound like complete BS to me. Good luck, and thanks for serving.
