Ate healthy all weekend until my neighbors ended up coming over for football yesterday. Couple drinks, few bears, and some pizza hut later I felt like hell this morning. Skipped the gym, but plan to hit it after work today. Feeling much better as the day goes on. Pizza hut never agrees with my stomach, always left feeling shitty. Lifted throughout the weekend though. Friday was Chest, saturday was back, and yesterday was shoulders. Today will be a heavy cardio to punish myself for poor eating decisions yesterday lol.

On a side note, the fiancee has started working out. She never likes taking advice from me though lol so I usually just let her do her own thing. I don't think she needs to, but she wants to be a little more tone for the wedding and I won't complain one bit haha. She already looks stellar, so any improvement is just icing on the cake!
