No, the F10 SEDAN was first released as a 2011 model in the US. How do I know? Because I have one (the earlier build ones from April 2010). Unless you are saying there was no such thing as a 2010 E60 535i?

Now if you are referring to the 535i GT, that presumably started in MY 2010...but I am referring to BMW sedans (not including the 1-year-off convertibles, Mx models, etc.), which have historically had a 7-year US life cycle. e.g. E39 (1997-2003), E60 (2004-2010), so on...
