I got my car in June and had issues where app would not talk to car. I opened a case with BMWNA and it was fixed within a week. I called the customer service hotline and they escalated.

I got a return call from a Genius and he advised it had something to do with a batch of at&t SIMs that weren't activated on at&t end.
