There is a BMW spare tire kit, comes with the little wheel, jack, wrench etc. I have one sitting in the closet. It wouldn't fit (clear the brakes) on my F01 750i but it may work on the G30. I bought a plastic cover to, you know, cover it, and I just toss it in the trunk if I need it on those rare long trips.
Otherwise, I've always got the Slime kit with the pump and bottle of green goo. I also have a little plug kit for the M2, since it came OE with real tires (as all M cars do). Used it once just to see if it would work, and it was fair, not great.
But I'm firmly in the "I hate runflats" camp.
