Here I think that this depends on your personal decades. Wifey and me are 15 years apart, but we are both into an age where most things are settled and no too big lifetime surprises should occur (finger crossed).
Doing this as an early 30 with a, lets say 18yo girl...well, I wont set a bet on you as long as a long term relationship is the goal
