Thanks for treating me like a customer who spent $10k from you, despite me having only bought a few exhausts over the years for my E36 and recently the green filter. I had a problem with my green filter (it was squished) when it arrived and not only did Omar send out a new filter, but he also sent a call tag so all I needed to do was put the filter in the box and stick it in the mail. Awesome service!

Thanks again, I feel badly because you probably spent almost as much as the filter cost in shipping, but you have a very happy customer who will order from you in the future.
