When that finished crashing down, the Type R would still hold its value (it did so very well even before Covid) and as every other VW, on a long enough timeline the value for the Golf will be $0

I can agree with you on some points
Schn3ll , but the 2004 VW .:R32 seems to be holding value, especially if you can find one with low miles. With only 5,000 units brought to the US, I believe that it will end up being a collectors item.
