I only drink when out and even though I have a nice bar, not at home alone unless I have a REALLY bad day.
Because of what I do for a living, my limit is usually always 2 drinks.
When I was training hard to box and learn MMA from about 2006 to 2011, I probably only had about 3 or 4 drinks during the entire time interval and ate no fast food or anything possibly bad for you. The first time I ate french fries I actually threw them up.
I enjoy a glass of wine and a gin and tonic now and again. Bourbon on special occasions but I just don't enjoy alcohol as much as I did in the past.
