No, the mirrors doesnt have chrome but in order to do the front window trims you need to remove the mirrors from the door (not just the mirror glass or caps). Or am I missing something?

Window trims and door handles in gloss black : paid a reputable vinyl wrap place to do it in gloss black. If you go this way find a place with good reviews. Looks just as good as BMW shadowline trim (except it's a vinyl wrap)

Yes! Going to powder coat mine to black as well…
Cheaper than buying rims for 1500-2000
But if I want 20s than I may have to go that route.
