Rust removal - brakes
I was in FL recently and had some rust build up on the brake rotors and maybe other spots inside the wheel. I of course washed the car throughly when I got home. Most of the rust has been knocked off. However some remains, especially on the rear.
Is there a good way to clean that off, without removing the wheel?
