I got a new phone Friday (iPhone 11 Pro Max). Previously was using a Xs Max, which worked perfectly.

Pairing the new phone, I am finding that my contacts are not fulling syncing to iDrive. Even more oddly, contacts seem to come and go each time it connects. So, when I look at recent calls, a contact that might come up as the name because it is synced may just be the number the next time and one that previously was just displaying the number might show the name.

When I look in the Communications menu, it is spinning for a while at first to show it is syncing and then stops.

I’ve tried delete, repairing, repairing without CarPlay enabled—all the same.

Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas?
