My first car was a 1989 Vauxhall Carlton 2.0. I bought it for £600 off a degenerate Airman when I was stationed in Europe as an 18 year old. The gas tank had rusted through near the top and there were several holes. I couldn't put more than 4 or 5 liters in at once or the fuel would leak out under moderate speed cornering. Good times!
