Well, going out for a walk/run did help. Though it was spooky being at night and since I live in a giant ghetto ass city I didn't get shot.
I'm not a day person, so I'll try to make it a nightly thing. I'm still underweight for my age and height.
Don't remember how tall I am but I'm 120lbs @ age 20
