Ditto. Just talked to them again. The nice lady on the phone said it's still a systemwide issue. Might be resolved by Wednesday of next week. She checked my account and it's all in order. |
FYI, this is a backend system "upgrade" that went bad. It's been down intermittently for over 2 weeks. Not all users have been impacted.
From someone that's been in enterprise IT for over 25 years, they should have reverted back to the previous system and developed a better upgrade plan in a non-production environment.
