H&R should tell you what size bolts you need for each? That said, this should work:
Back (for 17mm spacers):

1mm difference on the H&R vs Dinan spacers on the smaller side is fine for the bolts. They should catch and secure just fine.
That said, just add 1mm to each lug and find an alternative if it makes you feel more comfortable. Just don't skimp on ebay lugs.
