Yep agreed about the language reflecting intelligence. I’m not saying cursing is for low society or something but I’ve noticed a general correlation of cursing with lower intelligence.
I do use potty language myself but only if I’m in company I know very well. In the case of the OP I definitely wouldn’t have used such language.
