I have a similar problem with my CIC. My car is a bmw 328i from 2012 (F30).
A few days ago I was at a coder that was supposed to install BMW apps, Bluetooth audio and new cards. He had FSC code matching my VIN.
Unfortunately, not everything worked out. After the maps were 100% updated, the menu item navigation was greyed out. (Navigation worked before this day.)
The coder tried to reset the navigation system to the factory settings, but navigation was still gray.
Today, I replaced the CIC with a new one that was programmed by another guy with my VIN and FSC.
However, navigation still doesn't work. Any ideas what else I can do to make navigation work again?
