Did you do anything special to get the Garage Door button to show up? I also have the MyQ Bridge connected to Homekit, and it does not show up for me in iOS13 Developer Beta 2. The release notes do say that "The garage door button might not appear in the CarPlay Dashboard. (50275274)", so maybe I am just lucky (LOL).
