I started using the Turtle Wax Graphene product (Flex Wax) last summer after doing a paint correction and so far it looks great and is doing well. I usually spray a little on the car between washing and drying it, and that's worked to keep the finish up. I plan to fully re-coat it in the spring since I can't hand-wash the car in the winter.
I haven't ever used a ceramic coating on the car so unfortunately I can't provide a comparison between the Flex Wax and ceramic.
