Calm down... Not talking about you or your crossfitter super duper hiit vape workout. Referring to OP and his subpar diet. Burpees suck, pull ups are hard we get it, my old ass can still do them. How old are you, how long have you been doing this, what's your background, what's your stats? BTW I never disagreed with you, stop being butthurt.
