Basically. But I did turn around and go back because I forgot to put gas in it, which is something I verbally agreed I would do (even though they gave it to me 4/5 full). He wouldn't let me pay for the gas and said he'd take care of it. Top notch service the whole way. |

Haha maybe so. The SA really was top notch the whole way. We bitch a lot about dealers, as a group here, so it's only right to give him full credit. The only negative was the shape of the loaner, to begin with, and the attitude from the kid at the loaner desk. Neither of those are things that I consider under my SA's control. We're in a world where it's hard to find cars and hard to find good employees. I'll chalk it up to me being lucky to have a loaner at all and them having to take what they can get in some of the positions they have to fill.
