Just wondering if anyone else has this setup?

I'm having a few problems with the connected service and i'm wondering if it's due to the camera setup dropping the battery voltage.

The power magic pro wast set to a 12.5 volt cutover but that is cutting over as soon as the engine is turned off. So I changed it to 12v and the camera is staying on so it's working as its supposed to.

I think the guy set it to record to infinity with the 12.5v cutover but now that isn't working without dropping to 12v settings.

The remote services like, lock, unlock, 3d remote view don't work either and the comfort access didn't work the other day.

Anyone else got this setup?
