Neither (sort of). Much like the F010, only certain G030's come with ASD.
You will not find it in the 540i(x) and I have yet to see it in any US 530i(x). It comes in the M550 and some diesels.
As an aside, I have also seen it in the G12 750dX, but not 750iL. |

For a second I thought it came standard and I was about to rip it out from mine.
I only heard it in an i8, so I don't know how it sounds in a regular car.
