I took it once to the shop, they replaced the condensation sensor, didn't help... It's frustrating!

What setting do you have the fans on?
It took me a while to realise that - compared to all the previous/older BMWs I have had - 'auto' is not simply 'auto' on the G30... there are five 'fan strength' settings even when in auto mode.
Make sure it is at least in the middle or higher.
