Try www.leasecompare.com and edmunds.com with their true market price.
Both sites allow you to build with options. I found them both extremely accurate as the retail on both after options matched bmwusa.com
Edmunds will also tell you of dealer incentives like the $1,500 lease credit for the 550.
Unfortunately, the residual sucks. It was around 64% for the 3 series but is around 56% for the 550.
Start at dealer invoice and work up from there. I was able to get it around 1k over invoice.
