Ha, it's funny you mention that. I 100% agree and that's why I was like wtf about it. My 3 series is not that big of a deal, it's not like I pulled up in an S class or something. Even then, who are other people to judge.
As for the first guy, you may be right but I didn't get that vibe from him. He didn't start the conversation by saying, "hey, nice car" or something along those lines and then proceed to ask me questions... He just asked if I bought it and how much I paid.
